(5) Any person performing in contravention of any of the provisions of this section shall be responsible of an offence against this Act and shall in respect of each offence, be liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars or to both such imprisonment and high quality. 15. The truth that an order has been made beneath rule 11 or 12 shall not be pleaded and, except the defendant consents or the Court so directs, no communication of that truth or of the fact that an interim payment has been made, whether or not voluntarily or pursuant to an order, shall be made to the Court at the trial, or private moneylender hearing, of any question or challenge as to liability or damages until all questions of legal responsibility and amount have been determined.
